Junior Maki Workshop
Tuesday June 23rd & Wednesday June 24th | Ages 7–14
A "Kids Only" workshop in the Mygel kitchen. While parents relax in the dining room, junior chefs will master the art of the vegetarian roll.
- Creative Rice: Working with naturally coloured sushi rice.
- The Crunch: Incorporating crispy fried vegetables.
- Japanese Classics: Soft tamagoyaki omelette and fresh veggie sticks.
- Technique: Maki rolling with bamboo mats.

Bring your own bamboo mat or buy one on-site for 50 SEK.
