During the height of summer, Mygel transforms into a Japanese Izakaya. Join us for summery small plates, refreshing drinks, and great vibes. The kitchen closes at 20:30.

Parent & Kid Kawaii Bento Workshop

Thursday August 6th & Friday August 7th | Summer Vacation Memory

Make a special summer memory together! Adult and child pairs work side-by-side to craft an incredibly cute, artistic, and delicious Japanese bento box.

  • Skills: Shape animal rice balls, cut custom veggies, and style expressions with nori & sesame seeds.
  • Take Home: Craft and take home your own beautiful bento creation!
  • Space: Strictly limited to 5 stations max per round for a comfortable workspace.

Maki Workshops

Saturday August 8th (Junior) & Sunday August 9th (Adults)

Junior Workshop (August 8th)

Designed for independent mini-chefs! While parents relax in our dining room, junior chefs master the craft of rolling delicious vegetarian maki. Parents join them to eat together at the end.
Times: 11:00–12:30 or 14:00–15:30 | Price: 450 SEK (sibling: 350 SEK) | Max 8 stations.

Adult Workshop (August 9th)

Learn how to master a perfect sushi night at home! Deep-dive into sushi rice preparation, knife cutting techniques, and building flawless rolls. Includes 1 drink of choice (wine, beer, or alc-free).
Times: 11:00–13:00 or 14:30–16:30 | Price: 650 SEK per person | Max 6 stations.

Professional bamboo rolling mats are available to purchase on-site for 40 SEK.
