Junior Maki Workshop

Tuesday June 23rd | Ages 7–14

A "Kids Only" workshop in the Mygel kitchen. While parents relax in the dining room, junior chefs will master the art of the vegetarian roll.

  • Creative Rice: Naturally dyed rice.
  • The Crunch: Crispy fried veggies.
  • Japanese Classics: Soft tamagoyaki omelette and fresh veggie sticks.
  • Technique: Maki rolling with bamboo mats.

Sessions

Round 1: 10:30 – 12:30
Round 2: 14:00 – 16:00

Price

450 SEK per child
350 SEK for 2nd sibling
(Payment on site)

Bring your own bamboo mat or buy one on-site for 50 SEK.

For the waiting parents:
Fika, wine, beer, and snacks available for purchase in the dining room.

*Limited to 7 stations per round. First come, first served. No pre-payment required.
